For many years we come down for the Thomas-Krenn.AG as our reliable supplier for hard- and software. But even the most reliable hardware sometimes causes problems and we are therefore pleased to be as of now able to offer a very special service to all our customers.

As of now, all server-systems obtain a 24/7 technician-support by the manufacturer for the warranty period – without surcharge.  Thus, we can draw on all technicians of the Thomas-Krenn AG – fast, uncomplicated and around the clock.

These changes apply to all physical systems in our computer center and at our clients’, if they do still have a valid manufacturer’s warranty. Regarding new orders, you will automatically receive this service and not, as it has been before, only receive this kind of service as an additional service option. This mere manufacturer-support is available to you in addition to established comspace service-offers and can be used via our IT-service.
