comspace implements the ‘Dornbracht-world of experience’ on the web
Since March 2012, the manufacturer of high-quality design fittings and accessories for bathrooms and kitchens from Iserlohn has been presenting his business on the new website dornbracht.com. It is the aim to increase the brand awareness and to create a ‘brand world-of-experience’ for all target groups. At the same time, the contents of the business- and product- world are being connected with Dornbracht’s cultural commitment in an exceptional way.
The website has a clear navigation structure and thrives on an extensive multi-media range in the form of product pictures and –videos as well as cinematic documentations of the cultural projects. The clear and minimalistic design, developed by the agency Meiré und Meiré, perfectly presents the extensive visual worlds. In addition to product information, intelligently linked with corresponding cultural commitments and references by „related content“, the site also offers advice supporting information for architects and builders.
The .NET based Sitecore Content Management System (CMS) forms the technical centrepiece of the website. Its editing interface enables an intuitive deployment and updating of website content. The product data is getting to the CMS via an XML-interface. An extensive and differentiated tagging dynamically controls certain page content.
Visitors can contact Dornbracht from various areas of the website. For the purpose of processing their requests, an interface to the Share Point was created. The usage of the social channels Facebook and YouTube and the analytic tools Google Analytics and Sitecore Analytics enable an intensive involvement with the website visitors and their preferences.
