The relevancy of a website is evaluated by the pagerank. Namely by the quality and the number of incoming links. This means that: „The Google pagerank indicates the probability by which a website will be found by a search engine.“ The pagerank can be read off the pagerank-scale.

A rank from 0 to 10 can be achieved on the pagerank-scale. As of a value of 4, a page is evaluated as good. Values of 6 or 7 are excellent. A value of 8 is often only achieved by websites that do have a strong linking, including various social signals from Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus or similar services.
